To clarify the situation regarding your account, the increase in your bill was due to a change of address that you requested at the end of July. In the insurance industry, relocating affects premium rates based on location factors, which can cause rates to go up or down. Because this change occurred right before your policy renewal, the billing adjustment included both the new premium rate and a prorated amount to cover the difference from the previous billing cycle.

There were no extra penalties or hidden fees added to your account; the balance reflected the standard rate adjustment required for your new location. That said, I recognize how complex insurance billing transitions can be, and I apologize if our explanations did not provide the clarity you needed at the time.
